We're happy to release our own course, shot, edited, and now marketed in-house at Prism.

It's called How to Turn Off Your Addiction to Technology and is on how we can think about freeing ourselves from the strange hold these technologies have on our lives. We’ll go into the what, why, and how of this addiction, and then look at strategies that will be useful methodologies for shifting our behaviours and habits. I hope to join you in the course very soon.
